Mille and Ralph is an online retailer of designer, Spanish and traditional babywear. They started as a small family run Lincolnshire business and have now scaled to a £multimillion eCommerce business.
The challenge
Millie and Ralph started working with eComOne in 2018 because they wanted to increase their sales. Being a small family run company, the Directors didn’t possess the time or knowledge to execute a digital marketing strategy confidently.
Strategy

We create, execute and manage their PPC campaigns too. We run Search, Shopping, Meta and TikTok Ads to increase their sales and their brand awareness.
We manage their Google Shopping Ads and added custom labels to their Data Feed for optimum results, after optimising their variables first. From combing the intelligence of Google’s AI and manual processes of creating campaigns targeting their best sellers, we have scaled their online business.
As Facebook’s targeting capabilities got stronger, we ran Prospecting and Remarketing Ads to achieve different objectives (sales, brand awareness and engagement). Split testing various campaign creatives, messages, copy, targeting and formats to continually iterate to deliver results. Through the power of Advertisement, eComOne smashed their targets which allowed Millie and Ralph to grow.
Now we run their holistic digital strategy. This encompasses TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, Digital PR, Email Marketing and Search Ads.
After executing a hugely successful acquisition strategy, we utilise the influence of Email Marketing to retain their customers. This is already a channel that has driven huge returns in a profitable manner and it will only continue to grow!
